Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. This warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid on product purchased and used in Singapore only. Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, receipt) must be presented upon warranty claim. This limited warranty is valid only if the Product warranty is registered within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty is covered & provided by the respective product manufacturer and is also subjected to the respective product manufacturer’s term and conditions for warranty service.
3. This warranty covers only for products found to be defective due to workmanship or material and does not cover:
   • Problems arising from or due to wrong power supply voltage, electric power fluctuations or failure, improper installation, tampering, negligence, lack of reasonable care, corrosion, rusting, stains or failure to follow instructions provided with the product.
   • Acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorised product modification or repairs by an unauthorised person without the knowledge or approval of our Company.
   • Parts (i.e. accessories, cabinet, glassware) that are subject to wear and tear, natural disaster, rust, stains and corrosion.
   • Loss of data, profits or goodwill, damage and destruction of any data, programmes, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programmes or equipment.
   • Any other cause which does relate to a product defect.
   • Any other losses or damages.
4. This warranty is valid only if their serial number appearing on the product and/or packaging box has not been altered, defaced, modified or removed.
5. This warranty is valid only if the product warranty is registered within 14 days from the date of purchase.
6. The decision of our Company on all questions relating to defects, workmanship or materials respecting of our products shall be final and conclusive and the Owner hereby agrees to abide by our decision.
7. The Company’s total liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair/replacement of the equipment. In no event, shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the Warranty.
8. This warranty cannot be replaced, re-issued or transferred.
9. This warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charges incurred in the transportation of this product to and from our Company.
